Destructive Gatekeepers (Also) Say ‘No’

They say no to protect their position, resist any change, and maintain their comfort zone at all costs.

They create arbitrary barriers, unclear criteria, and opaque processes. Their standards aren’t about quality but about maintaining control.

Their ‘no’ is final, unexplained, and often dismissive. It maintains the status quo, prevents progress, and preserves power.

They don’t care about protecting value but hoarding power and avoiding the discomfort of change.

It’s all about fear, control, and power preservation.
