Chasing Hits or Consistent Work

We can’t chase hits and focus on creating generous, consistent, helpful work at the same time.

Chasing hits isn’t generous – it’s selfish. It mostly puts our desire for attention above the duty to serve our audience.

This approach rarely creates lasting change. It sets us up to care about likes and shares rather than real impact. For quick reactions rather than deep transformation.

It diverts energy from the consistent, meaningful work that actually serves people. From building trust. From creating sustainable value.

Viral success isn’t about those we seek to serve. It’s about us. Real change happens through patient, purposeful work that puts our audience first.
