Is it clear for your customers how to get from A to Z? From not knowing you exist to becoming loyal customers?

Awareness is the first step, sure. But they won’t transact with you unless they trust you. Most importantly, they won’t become loyal customers and tell others about you unless you delight them.

Is it clear what you have for them? Not a generic product but an experience that you have crafted precisely for them because you understand who they are and what they want.

Don’t worry about getting more people into your funnel or increasing your following on social media as fast as possible. Instead, focus on delighting your existing customers. Focus on making sure that it’s straightforward for them to interact with you not only for the first time but for the rest of their journey of being part of your community.

Of course, it is not a one-time exercise. It is an ongoing process of interacting, adjusting, innovating, sharing, listening, and continuously fixing your funnel so it doesn’t leak that much.
