Being aware of problems doesn’t create change. Being aware of better options doesn’t shift behavior. Being aware of consequences doesn’t transform habits.
People already know about animal suffering, climate impact, and health implications. They’re aware of alternatives. They’re aware of the need for change. Most just choose to ignore it.
Perhaps we don’t need to focus on trying to make people more aware, but on making change feel possible, creating paths that feel walkable, and building bridges between knowing and doing.
