“Everything will be ok” doesn’t mean things will turn out the way we thought they would. It means that something will happen, and whatever that is, we will find a way to do something about it and continue our quest to make change happen.
The future is uncertain. Outcomes can’t be controlled. Plans will shift. Expectations will be challenged.
Accepting that we can continue our work no matter the outcome gives us the courage to create our best work today, to try bold ideas, to push boundaries, and to improve with each iteration.
“Ok” isn’t about the results but our capacity to keep moving forward, serving, and creating change no matter what comes next.
