We must shift the culture we serve from scarcity to abundance.
A good way to start is by embracing an abundance mindset ourselves. This means sharing knowledge freely and unconditionally, collaborating openly, and focusing on creating value rather than capturing it.
We also need to make it visible, showing examples of successful sharing, celebrating collective wins, and telling stories demonstrating how generosity creates more, not less.
It also helps to create systems and environments that promote abundance. Platforms that make sharing easy, communities that recognise contribution or networks that get stronger when more people participate.
Abundance becomes believable only when we experience it. When we see resources multiply because we shared and when we feel the benefits of collaboration.
