Presenting information alone almost never changes behavior. People already know smoking is unhealthy, factory farming is cruel, plastic hurts the planet, and exercising is good for our health.
Knowledge without context is just noise. Facts without emotional connection are just data. Statistics without story are just numbers.
What changes behavior is making information feel personal, relevant, and actionable. And “feel” is the keyword here.
We don’t have a shortage of information but a shortage of the courage to show the right information to the right people at the right time with the right voice, in a way that gets in their skin.
People don’t change because of what they know but because of what they feel they can do about it.
