Who do you want your customers to be? Because if you don’t like your customers, you won’t like your business. What do they believe that you believe? What do they care about that you care about? What are their constraints? Where do they want to go, and are you ready and keen to help them get there?
What are your resource constraints? What are you willing to invest – financially, in time, in risk? What boundaries will help you stay focused and sustainable?
What does success look like? Are you trying to make your days better by serving people you care about for a cause that’s important to you? Or are you just trying to win a prize at some point?
