The Hard Part

It’s about having difficult conversations, challenging traditions, building real community, establishing constraints, and saying no when things don’t align with our purpose of creating lasting change.

Avoiding the hard part is tempting because it keeps us in our comfort zone and feels safer.

Tackling the hard part requires us to start small but stay focused, create safe spaces for difficult conversations, and build support systems for uncomfortable transitions.

Instead of trying to please everyone, serve a few deeply. Instead of fast scale, aim for sustainable impact. Instead of avoiding friction, use it to create meaningful change.

The hard part is developing the courage, patience, and resilience to face the root problems directly, without distractions and fake progress.
