Create a product or service for your ideal customer that 100% matches your assertions about them. Develop features and characteristics specifically for them, and communicate what you do in a language they understand and are eager to engage with.
This means alienating everyone else. Ignoring what others believe and their worldview.
However, it doesn’t mean others won’t engage with what you’ve created. Quite the opposite. Some of them will be curious about what you do and your specificity. Some of your features, flavors, services, and the way you communicate will align with what they want. Of course, some more than others.
It is a spectrum. But it all starts with being very specific.
