It’s a serious game but still just a game. Every move counts whether it fails or succeeds but no single move defines us.
We’ve been asked to play brave moves. Moves that might not work. Moves that shake the system. And that’s exactly why they might work – others are too afraid to make them.
The stakes are high, so we must play seriously or don’t play at all. But being serious doesn’t mean being safe. It means being intentional and having a purpose.
It also means picking the players. Who we serve (and who we don’t), who we compete with (and who we don’t), and who we align with (and who we don’t).
Having a clear strategy is crucial. Our philosophy shapes our moves, our principles define our boundaries, our values attract the right players, and our worldview creates a unique position for us to play differently.
Each move is an experiment, some will work and some will fail. Play, learn, measure, repeat.
It isn’t a game of perfect moves but meaningful ones.
