It’s easier to help someone get where they want to go than to persuade them to go somewhere else.
Some know their destination deep down, almost unconsciously. They just haven’t acknowledged it yet.
Our role isn’t to decide for them. It’s to help them uncover what they already know and create the conditions that allow their inner compass to emerge.
We need to develop enough empathy to ask the right questions, not provide the answers, and to listen deeply, not just to words but to unspoken desires.
Sometimes people need permission to want what they want and validation that their path is worthy.
Sometimes they just need space to hear their own voice.
We’re at service to help them discover. Help them decide. Help them commit.
Then help them get there.
