Innovation means uncertainty, carries risk, and most importantly requires courage because it might not work.
Safe choices don’t create breakthroughs. Guaranteed outcomes are very rare and not worth pursuing. Comfortable decisions won’t create the change we seek.
When you feel that what you’re doing might not work, it’s because there’s potential for creating something new, something that nobody has done before or approached the same way. Most likely you’re on the path to something meaningful.
It’s not easy, but we need to get uncomfortable with the uncertainty and accept the possibility of failure because that’s where innovation lives.
If you’re sure it will work, someone’s probably already doing it.
