Would They Voluntarily Join?

Have we demonstrated that we understand the system we want to change? What are its power structures, rewards, and resistance to change?

Have we developed enough empathy to understand their position within this system, their constraints, risks, relationships, and the need to belong?

Have we learned their language, challenges, and worldview beyond our assumptions?

Have we created conditions where change feels safe to try, valuable to continue, and meaningful to share?

Is our vision clear enough that they can see themselves in it?

Are we creating enough value that joining feels worth the effort?

Have we demonstrated enough consistency and reliability in our work?

Are the expectations honest about what joining means? What it requires? What it might cost?

Have we made joining feel like a natural next step in their own story?

Are we making it easy for them to share the story with others who also care about our mission?
